These terms and conditions apply to every purchase from LA Peptides at lapeptidesusa.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
Research use only
Every product sold by LA Peptides is sold strictly for laboratory research. Products aren’t for human or veterinary use, aren’t drugs, food or cosmetics, and haven’t been evaluated by the FDA. By ordering, you confirm that you’re buying for lawful research purposes, that you’re qualified to handle research chemicals and that you’ll store and use them safely.
We may cancel any order if we have reason to think a product will be used outside these terms.
Terms and conditions for orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. We try to keep every price and description accurate. If we find an error after you order, we’ll contact you and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it. An order is accepted once payment has cleared and we’ve confirmed it by email.
Bundles are priced as a set. Items in a bundle can’t be swapped, but every item is also sold on its own in the peptide shop.
Product information
Product pages describe each item’s amount, format and storage needs. Research background on those pages is general information about published studies, not a claim about what the product will do. Most vials carry a QR code that opens the batch certificate of analysis, explained on our lab testing page.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to the address you give at checkout, so please check it carefully. Delivery estimates from carriers aren’t guaranteed. It’s your responsibility to make sure the products you order are legal to receive where you live.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, email sales@lapeptidesusa.com as soon as you receive it, with your order number and photos of the problem. Because research products can’t be resold once they’ve left our control, we don’t accept returns of opened or used items.
Liability under these terms and conditions
LA Peptides isn’t responsible for how products are used after delivery. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Accounts and website use
Keep your account password private. Content on this site, including text and images, belongs to LA Peptides and can’t be copied without permission.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies. Read how we handle your data in our privacy policy, or contact LA Peptides with any questions.
