Description
This Semax Selank Dihexa spray comes premixed: 10mg of Semax, 10mg of Selank and 10mg of Dihexa dissolved in a buffered solution, in a 10ml spray bottle. No reconstitution, no syringes. It’s sold for laboratory research only.
What’s in the Semax Selank Dihexa spray?
Semax is a heptapeptide built from ACTH(4-7) plus a Pro-Gly-Pro tail. Russian groups developed it in the 1980s and have studied it for memory, attention and nerve protection.
Selank is a heptapeptide made from tuftsin plus a stabilizing Pro-Gly-Pro tail. It was developed at the Russian Academy of Sciences and is studied mainly for anxiety and stress responses.
Dihexa is an angiotensin IV-derived compound from Washington State University. It boosts hepatocyte growth factor signaling, and rat studies looked at learning, memory and new synapse formation.
This three-peptide spray adds Dihexa to the Semax and Selank pairing. Dihexa works on a different system, hepatocyte growth factor signaling, so the mix covers three separate mechanisms that all come up in cognitive research.

Spray or vial: which format fits?
The main reason is convenience. Lyophilized vials need bacteriostatic water, a syringe and a few minutes of care, while the spray is ready the moment you open it. The metered pump also gives a consistent volume each time.
If you need a different concentration than the spray offers, a lyophilized vial is the more flexible option.

How to store the Semax Selank Dihexa spray
Store it refrigerated, standing up, with the cap closed. Prime the pump before first use by spraying into the air until the mist is even. Don’t leave it in a warm car or in direct sunlight.

Keeping track of a spray bottle
Write the date you opened the Semax Selank Dihexa spray on the label. Note how many pumps you use per session and how many went into priming, so you know roughly how much is left. If the pump delivers about 0.1ml per press, a 10ml bottle gives around 100 presses, so a simple tally tells you when to reorder.
Keep the lot number in your notes too. If you switch to a new bottle partway through a study, you’ll know which results came from which batch.
