Description
The BPC-157 TB500 spray from LA Peptides is a ready-to-use nasal spray holding 10mg of BPC-157 and 10mg of TB500 in a 10ml bottle. It’s already in solution, so there’s no powder to reconstitute. Made for laboratory research only.
What’s in the BPC-157 TB500 spray?
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of a protein found in human gastric juice. Most of what’s published on it comes from rodent studies at the University of Zagreb, looking at tendon, muscle and gut tissue. It’s unusually stable for a peptide, which is why it’s one of the few that gets formulated as a spray or capsule at all.
TB500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein that binds actin and shows up wherever cells are moving or rebuilding. It’s been studied in wound and heart tissue models, mostly in animals, and it’s very often paired with BPC-157 in study designs.
This is the spray version of the most common pairing in recovery research. Both peptides are in one solution at the same concentration, so every pump carries the same one-to-one ratio. It’s simpler than running two sprays side by side.

Why choose a nasal spray format?
A spray is the fastest way to get started. The peptide is already dissolved at a known concentration, so there’s no weighing, no mixing and no risk of a bad reconstitution. Every pump delivers a fixed volume.
Powder in a vial still keeps longer and gives you more control over concentration, so for long studies a vial can make more sense.

How to store the BPC-157 TB500 spray
Keep the bottle upright in the fridge with the cap on. Before the first use, prime the pump with a few sprays into a tissue until you get a fine, even mist. Wipe the tip after each use so nothing builds up.
Use it within about 30 days of opening, and don’t swap nozzles between bottles.

Keeping track of a spray bottle
Write the date you opened the BPC-157 TB500 spray on the label. Note how many pumps you use per session and how many went into priming, so you know roughly how much is left. If the pump delivers about 0.1ml per press, a 10ml bottle gives around 100 presses, so a simple tally tells you when to reorder.
Keep the lot number in your notes too. If you switch to a new bottle partway through a study, you’ll know which results came from which batch.
