Description
This is LAP-2 15mg, supplied by LA Peptides as 15mg of freeze-dried powder in a sealed vial. Every batch has its own certificate of analysis, and you can pull it up by scanning the QR code on the side of the label. It’s for laboratory research only.
What is LAP-2 (T)?
LAP-2 (T) is a synthetic peptide analogue that acts on two receptors: GIP and GLP-1. Both are incretin receptors, which respond to gut hormones released after a meal.
Dual agonists came out of the finding that hitting both receptors at once gives a bigger effect in studies than hitting GLP-1 alone. A fatty side chain lets it bind albumin and last for days.

What the research says
Dual GIP and GLP-1 agonists moved through clinical research fast in the 2010s and 2020s, with large trials on blood sugar and body weight.
LAP-2 (T) is supplied for laboratory research on that dual mechanism. It isn’t approved for use in people.

Checking the batch COA
Every batch gets its own certificate of analysis, and the QR code on the LAP-2 15mg label takes you straight to it. Look for the lot number, the test date and the purity figure. If the lot on the paperwork doesn’t match the lot on the vial, set the vial aside until it’s sorted out.
File the COA with the rest of your study notes. If results ever shift between batches, it’s the first thing you’ll want to check.
Which LAP-2 (T) size is right for you?
We sell LAP-2 (T) in two sizes. The larger vial costs less per milligram, and the smaller one makes sense if you only need a little.
- LAP-2 (T) 15mg: $99.99, about $6.67 per mg (this page)
- LAP-2 (T) 30mg: $169.99, about $5.67 per mg
Not sure? The LAP-2 15mg vial is a sensible place to start. You can also look at LAP-2 (T) 30mg.
LAP-2 15mg reconstitution and concentration
How much liquid you add decides the concentration. For a LAP-2 15mg vial:
- 1ml of bacteriostatic water gives 15mg/ml
- 2ml of bacteriostatic water gives 7.5mg/ml
- 3ml of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/ml
Choose whichever volume makes the math simplest for your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the mixing date.
Storing and mixing
Unopened, the LAP-2 15mg vial is happiest in a fridge at 2 to 8°C, or frozen for longer storage. Let it warm up to room temperature before you break the seal, so condensation doesn’t get in.
Most labs reconstitute it with bacteriostatic water. Add it slowly against the glass, then roll the vial between your fingers until it clears. Shaking can damage peptide chains, so skip that. Refrigerate the mixed solution and use it within about a month. A peptide case helps if vials travel between benches.
