Why the Calabasas bundle works together
It brings together the peptides most used in skin and copper peptide work. GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu cover the copper side, SNAP-8 covers expression-line research, KPV adds inflammation signaling, and the Smooth lotion puts several of them in a topical form. Glutathione rounds it out on the antioxidant side.
It suits labs working on skin, collagen and hair models that want the main copper and cosmetic peptides on hand at once. Each item ships in its own sealed packaging with its own label, so you can still use them one at a time. The BAC water covers reconstitution for the vials in the set.
About each product
SNAP-8 10mg: lyophilized vial. SNAP-8 is an acetylated octapeptide modeled on part of SNAP-25.
KPV 10mg: lyophilized vial. KPV is the Lys-Pro-Val tripeptide from the tail end of alpha-MSH. It’s small enough to be carried into gut cells by the PepT1 transporter, which is why so much of its research uses oral and colitis models.
GHK-Cu 100mg: lyophilized vial. GHK-Cu is the copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine. It occurs naturally in human plasma, drops with age, and has been studied since 1973, mostly for skin and wound models.
AHK-Cu 100mg: lyophilized vial. AHK-Cu is the copper complex of Ala-His-Lys, studied mostly for hair follicles.
Smooth Peptide Lotion: a 50ml lotion made with GHK-Cu, SNAP-8 and KPV, three peptides from skin and cosmetic research.
Glutathione 600mg: lyophilized vial. Glutathione is the main antioxidant inside cells.
BAC Water 10ml: sterile bacteriostatic water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol, for reconstituting the vials.
How to store the Calabasas bundle
Put the lyophilized vials in the fridge when the order arrives, or the freezer if you won’t use them for a while. Keep sprays refrigerated once opened. Capsules and lotions are fine in a cool, dry cupboard. A peptide case keeps the vials together.
Most of the vials in the Calabasas bundle have a QR code on the label that opens its batch certificate of analysis, so check those as you unpack. Note the lot numbers in your records before anything goes into storage.
