Description
The CJC-1295 Ipamorelin from LA Peptides is a research blend supplied as lyophilized powder in a sealed vial. This blend holds 5mg of CJC-1295 (no DAC) and 5mg of Ipamorelin in a single vial. Each batch has its own certificate of analysis, linked by the QR code on the label.
What is in the CJC-1295 Ipamorelin?
The two act on different receptors that both lead to growth hormone release. CJC-1295 works on the GHRH receptor, and Ipamorelin works on the ghrelin receptor. Used together in studies, they produce a bigger pulse than either one alone.
CJC-1295 without DAC is also known as Modified GRF(1-29). It’s the first 29 amino acids of GHRH with four swaps, at positions 2, 8, 15 and 27, that protect it from fast enzyme breakdown.
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide (Aib-His-D-2Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) that binds the ghrelin receptor, GHSR1a. Binding that receptor in the pituitary triggers a pulse of growth hormone.

Why use a blend instead of single vials?
A blend saves time and cuts down on handling. You reconstitute one vial instead of several, there’s one set of labels to track, and the ratio between the peptides is fixed from the start, so it can’t drift between preparations.
The trade-off is flexibility. If your study needs to change the ratio, or test each compound on its own, single vials are the better choice. That’s why we sell the parts separately too: Ipamorelin 10mg.
Research background
ConjuChem, a Canadian company, developed CJC-1295 in the 2000s, and the DAC version went into human trials. The no DAC version became popular in research because it gives a pulse instead of a constant signal.
Novo Nordisk developed Ipamorelin and published the first full description in 1998. It went into human trials for postoperative ileus, a gut motility problem after surgery, but development stopped after phase 2.

Batch testing and the COA
The QR code isn’t decoration. It links to the certificate of analysis for the exact batch in your hand, so you aren’t relying on a generic sheet. Check the lot number, the date and the purity result for CJC-1295 Ipamorelin before you open it.
Keep a copy of the COA with your lab notes. It makes it much easier to compare results between batches later on.
Storage and reconstitution
Keep the CJC-1295 Ipamorelin vial sealed and refrigerated, or frozen for long-term storage. Let it reach room temperature before opening.
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, added slowly against the glass, then swirl gently until it’s clear. Keep the solution refrigerated. Every draw contains all the peptides in the blend, in the fixed ratio, so label the vial with the concentration of each one.
