Description
The KLOW peptide blend from LA Peptides is a research blend supplied as lyophilized powder in a sealed vial. KLOW is GLOW plus KPV. It holds 80mg of peptide in total across four compounds: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV. Each batch has its own certificate of analysis, linked by the QR code on the label.
What is in the KLOW peptide blend?
KPV brings the anti-inflammatory side of alpha-MSH research into the mix, so KLOW suits studies that want tissue repair and inflammation signals in the same model.
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of a protein found in human gastric juice. Most of what’s published on it comes from rodent studies at the University of Zagreb, looking at tendon, muscle and gut tissue. It’s unusually stable for a peptide, which is why it’s one of the few that gets formulated as a spray or capsule at all.
TB500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein that binds actin and shows up wherever cells are moving or rebuilding. It’s been studied in wound and heart tissue models, mostly in animals, and it’s very often paired with BPC-157 in study designs.
GHK-Cu is the copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine. It occurs naturally in human plasma, drops with age, and has been studied since 1973, mostly for skin and wound models. It’s one of the most researched peptides in cosmetic science.
KPV is the Lys-Pro-Val tripeptide from the tail end of alpha-MSH. It’s small enough to be carried into gut cells by the PepT1 transporter, which is why so much of its research uses oral and colitis models.

Why use a blend instead of single vials?
A blend saves time and cuts down on handling. You reconstitute one vial instead of several, there’s one set of labels to track, and the ratio between the peptides is fixed from the start, so it can’t drift between preparations.
The trade-off is flexibility. If your study needs to change the ratio, or test each compound on its own, single vials are the better choice. That’s why we sell the parts separately too: BPC-157 10mg, TB500 10mg, GHK-Cu 100mg, KPV 10mg.
KLOW peptide blend research background
Most of the published work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb, which has been publishing on it since the early 1990s. Their studies are mostly in rats and mice and look at tendon, ligament, muscle and gut tissue models. Other labs have since looked at its effect on blood vessel growth and on the nitric oxide system.
Thymosin beta-4 was isolated in the early 1980s by Allan Goldstein’s lab at George Washington University. Since then it’s been studied in wound, cornea and heart tissue models, mostly in animals, and a few early human trials of the full protein were run by RegeneRx.

Batch testing and the COA
The QR code isn’t decoration. It links to the certificate of analysis for the exact batch in your hand, so you aren’t relying on a generic sheet. Check the lot number, the date and the purity result for KLOW peptide blend before you open it.
Keep a copy of the COA with your lab notes. It makes it much easier to compare results between batches later on.
How to store and reconstitute the KLOW peptide blend
Keep the KLOW peptide blend vial sealed and refrigerated, or frozen for long-term storage. Let it reach room temperature before opening.
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, added slowly against the glass, then swirl gently until it’s clear. Keep the solution refrigerated. Every draw contains all the peptides in the blend, in the fixed ratio, so label the vial with the concentration of each one.
