A BPC-157 TB-500 blend puts two of the most studied research peptides in one vial at a fixed one-to-one ratio. It’s the most common pairing in tissue research, and LA Peptides sells it in more formats than any other combination. This guide explains why the two get paired, how our blends compare and when single vials make more sense.
What’s in a BPC-157 TB-500 blend?
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of a protein found in human gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein that binds actin and turns up wherever cells are moving or rebuilding. They come from different places and work through different routes, which is exactly why researchers like to study them side by side.
BPC-157 research has centered on rodent tendon, muscle and gut models at the University of Zagreb. Thymosin beta-4 was isolated in the early 1980s by Allan Goldstein’s lab and has been studied in wound, cornea and heart tissue models. For the literature on both, try this PubMed search.
BPC-157 TB-500 blend options at LA Peptides
The 10mg/10mg blend costs $69.99 and the 20mg/20mg blend costs $129.99, so the larger vial is the better value per milligram. Both are lyophilized and come with a batch certificate of analysis. For premixed or oral work there’s the BPC-157/TB500 spray, the Wolverine capsules and the 50ml Wolverine lotion.
Why use a BPC-157 TB-500 blend instead of two vials?
Three reasons come up again and again. You reconstitute once instead of twice. The ratio is fixed at the factory, so it can’t drift between preparations. And there’s one label to track instead of two.
The trade-off is flexibility. If your study needs to change the ratio, run each peptide as its own control or use different amounts of each, buy the single BPC-157 and TB500 vials instead. Many labs keep both on hand.
Bigger blends that include BPC-157 and TB-500
Two of our blends add more compounds on top of the pair. GLOW holds 50mg of GHK-Cu with 10mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500, which shifts the focus to skin and connective tissue. KLOW adds KPV for 80mg in total. Our TB-500 blends guide compares all of them.
Storing and mixing a BPC-157 TB-500 blend
Store the sealed vial in the fridge and let it reach room temperature before opening. Add bacteriostatic water slowly against the glass and swirl gently. Remember that every draw holds both peptides, so label the vial with the concentration of each. With 2ml of water, the 10mg/10mg blend gives 5mg per ml of each peptide.
Where to buy a BPC-157 TB-500 blend
Both blend sizes, the spray, the capsules and the lotion are sold directly at LA Peptides, in our recovery peptides and peptide blends ranges. If your study also needs KPV, ARA 290 or a growth hormone secretagogue, the Hidden Hills bundle groups them with Wolverine capsules and BAC water at about 15% off.
