Description
This is LAP-3 20mg, supplied by LA Peptides as 20mg of freeze-dried powder in a sealed vial. Every batch has its own certificate of analysis, and you can pull it up by scanning the QR code on the side of the label. It’s for laboratory research only.
What is LAP-3 (R)?
LAP-3 (R) is a synthetic peptide analogue that acts on three receptors at once: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. It’s the newest of the three LAP research peptides.
Adding glucagon receptor activity is the point. In studies, glucagon signaling raises energy use and affects how the liver handles fat, which goes beyond what single and dual agonists do.

What the research says
Triple agonists are the most recent step in incretin research, with major trial results published from 2023 onward.
LAP-3 (R) is supplied for laboratory research on that triple mechanism. It isn’t approved for use in people.

Checking the batch COA
Every batch gets its own certificate of analysis, and the QR code on the LAP-3 20mg label takes you straight to it. Look for the lot number, the test date and the purity figure. If the lot on the paperwork doesn’t match the lot on the vial, set the vial aside until it’s sorted out.
File the COA with the rest of your study notes. If results ever shift between batches, it’s the first thing you’ll want to check.
Which LAP-3 (R) size is right for you?
We sell LAP-3 (R) in three sizes. The bigger vials cost less per milligram, and the smaller ones mean less waste if you only need a little for a short study.
- LAP-3 (R) 10mg: $94.99, about $9.50 per mg
- LAP-3 (R) 20mg: $169.99, about $8.50 per mg (this page)
- LAP-3 (R) 30mg: $229.99, about $7.67 per mg
Not sure? The LAP-3 20mg vial sits in the middle on both price and amount. You can also look at LAP-3 (R) 10mg and LAP-3 (R) 30mg.
LAP-3 20mg reconstitution and concentration
How much liquid you add decides the concentration. For a LAP-3 20mg vial:
- 1ml of bacteriostatic water gives 20mg/ml
- 2ml of bacteriostatic water gives 10mg/ml
- 3ml of bacteriostatic water gives about 6.67mg/ml
Choose whichever volume makes the math simplest for your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the mixing date.
Storing and mixing
Unopened, the LAP-3 20mg vial is happiest in a fridge at 2 to 8°C, or frozen for longer storage. Let it warm up to room temperature before you break the seal, so condensation doesn’t get in.
Most labs reconstitute it with bacteriostatic water. Add it slowly against the glass, then roll the vial between your fingers until it clears. Shaking can damage peptide chains, so skip that. Refrigerate the mixed solution and use it within about a month. A peptide case helps if vials travel between benches.
