What’s in TB-500 capsules?
TB500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein that binds actin and shows up wherever cells are moving or rebuilding. It’s been studied in wound and heart tissue models, mostly in animals, and it’s very often paired with BPC-157 in study designs.
Our vial is labeled as a thymosin beta-4 fragment. Research versions focus on the actin-binding region of the full protein, which is the part most studies care about. It’s smaller than the full protein and cheaper to make.
TB-500 is less stable than BPC-157 in the gut, so the capsule format is mostly used for comparison work, setting oral results against injectable ones. Each capsule holds 500mcg.

Research background
Thymosin beta-4 was isolated in the early 1980s by Allan Goldstein’s lab at George Washington University. Since then it’s been studied in wound, cornea and heart tissue models, mostly in animals, and a few early human trials of the full protein were run by RegeneRx.

How to store TB-500 capsules
Room temperature is fine as long as it’s dry. Keep the cap tight and the bottle out of direct light.
Handle the capsules with dry gloves, and keep the bottle away from children and pets.
