TB-500 blends combine the thymosin beta-4 fragment with other research peptides in one product. LA Peptides sells seven of them across vials, a spray, capsules and a lotion, and they’re easy to mix up. This guide lines them up side by side so you can see exactly what’s in each one.
Why TB-500 gets blended
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein that binds actin, the protein cells use to build their scaffolding and to move. Thymosin beta-4 was isolated in the early 1980s by Allan Goldstein’s lab and has been studied in wound, cornea and heart tissue models, mostly in animals. You can browse that work with this PubMed search for thymosin beta-4.
Because it works on cell movement and rebuilding, TB-500 is often studied next to peptides that act through other routes, like BPC-157 and GHK-Cu. Putting them in one vial fixes the ratio and saves a reconstitution step.

Which of the TB-500 blends fits your study?
For classic tissue models, the BPC/TB-500 pair is the standard. Pick the 20mg/20mg vial if the study runs long, since it’s cheaper per milligram. For skin and connective tissue work, GLOW brings in a large dose of GHK-Cu. KLOW adds KPV for studies that look at inflammation signals as well.
Format matters too. The spray is premixed for intranasal work, Wolverine capsules suit oral delivery and the lotion covers topical application. If you need TB-500 on its own, there’s the 10mg TB500 vial, TB-500 capsules and the TB500 spray.
TB-500 blends or single vials?
A blend wins when you’ll always use the peptides together at the same ratio. It cuts handling, takes one reconstitution and removes a source of measuring error. Single vials win for dose-finding, for controls and for any study that changes the ratio along the way. Plenty of labs keep a blend for routine runs and single vials for the experiments that need them.
Storing TB-500 blends
Keep lyophilized blends sealed in the fridge. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and label each peptide’s concentration, since every draw carries all of them. Sprays go in the fridge once opened and should be used within about 30 days. Capsules and the lotion keep on a cool, dry shelf.
Where to buy TB-500 blends
