Description
The TB500 spray by LA Peptides is a 10ml nasal spray bottle containing 10mg of TB500 in buffered solution. It skips the reconstitution step entirely, which saves time on the bench.
What’s in the TB500 spray?
TB500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein that binds actin and shows up wherever cells are moving or rebuilding. It’s been studied in wound and heart tissue models, mostly in animals, and it’s very often paired with BPC-157 in study designs.
Our vial is labeled as a thymosin beta-4 fragment. Research versions focus on the actin-binding region of the full protein, which is the part most studies care about. It’s smaller than the full protein and cheaper to make.
TB500 is a larger, less water-stable molecule than BPC-157, so a buffered solution matters more here. Keep this one cold and finish the bottle on schedule. The 10mg in the bottle matches the amount in our TB500 vial.

Why researchers use the spray format
Nasal delivery is its own area of study, especially for peptides that act on the brain, because the nasal lining sits close to the central nervous system. A premixed spray keeps that kind of work simple.
The trade-off is shelf life. A solution doesn’t keep as long as freeze-dried powder, so plan to use the bottle within a few weeks of opening.
Prefer powder? Take a look at TB500 10mg. The TB500 10mg vial costs $79.99, against $59.99 for this spray, so the choice usually comes down to convenience versus flexibility.
Research background
Thymosin beta-4 was isolated in the early 1980s by Allan Goldstein’s lab at George Washington University. Since then it’s been studied in wound, cornea and heart tissue models, mostly in animals, and a few early human trials of the full protein were run by RegeneRx.

How to store the TB500 spray
Refrigerate the bottle and keep it capped when it isn’t in use. The first few pumps prime the spray mechanism, so expect to waste a little at the start. Keep the nozzle clean between uses.
Use it within about 30 days of opening, and don’t swap nozzles between bottles.

Keeping track of a spray bottle
Write the date you opened the TB500 spray on the label. Note how many pumps you use per session and how many went into priming, so you know roughly how much is left. If the pump delivers about 0.1ml per press, a 10ml bottle gives around 100 presses, so a simple tally tells you when to reorder.
Keep the lot number in your notes too. If you switch to a new bottle partway through a study, you’ll know which results came from which batch.
